Asset Integrity Management System
Inventure Technologies offers a dedicated Asset Integrity Management System for Storage Tank Parks. Designed in close cooperation with the tank storage industry. Our Asset Integrity Management System was designed bottom-up and supports the Tankowner to gain and maintain control over asset integrity. ‘Control’ in the meaning of the ability to make responsible choices. Our philosophy is that the condition of an asset is a function of its strategy. The Asset Strategy depends mainly on budget, logistic demand, compliancy and safety. Inventure’s Asset Integrity Management System will help to gain the required control and the ability to take the right responsible decisions. This will also avoid incidents and unforeseen or unnecessary costs. Significant cost-savings are a quite common bonus effect.
The Asset Integrity Management system for Tank Parks consist of three modules, each dedicated to critical assets of the terminal. The combination of these three systems, form a comprehensive approach that covers all (trendable en non-trendable) degradation mechanisms that have to be taken into account. This enables the Tank Park management to operate its assets in a responsible and auditable manner.
What makes our approach unique, is that it looks beyond the technical side and links asset (integrity-) management to business objectives.
Tanks
This part of the system allows the Tank Owner to gain control of the integrity of the trendable/static/structural components of a tank and consequently make responsible decisions on inspection and maintenance.
Piping
Dedicated Piping Integrity Management System for Tank Parks, highly customizable to comply to local requirements. This system turns data into information to enable control of all piping assets on a Tank Park in a structured manner, producing structured and detailed inspection plans.
Equipment
For all other critical assets on a Tank Park, the Equipment module, based upon Reliability Centered Maintenance, provides support for Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analyses, and produces structured Preventive Maintenance Plans to mitigate failure risks.
